Your week is about to get delicious! Here's what we're cooking up at Well Done this week:

🥩 Tuesday, May 26 — The Art of Sausage Making | Learn to make lamb, deer, and pork-style sausages from scratch, plus how to cure and smoke meats.

🐷 Wednesday, May 27 — Pork Perfection | BBQ spare ribs, Jamaican jerk pulled pork, pork chops, and crispy skin pork belly.

🍗 Thursday, May 28 — 3-Course Perfect Roasted Chicken | A full dinner from charcuterie to whole roasted chicken to yellow butter cake.

🐄 Friday, May 29 — Beef Wellington Night | Pear and gorgonzola salad, Beef Wellington, savory risotto, and chocolate pot de creme.

🧁 Saturday, May 30 (12PM) — Baking 101 | Chocolate chip cookies, banana bread, berry muffins, and vanilla cake with chocolate frosting.

🍤 Saturday, May 30 (6:30PM) — 3-Course Scallop Dinner | Pan-seared jumbo sea scallops, wild mushroom risotto, and chocolate creme brûlée. Wine suggestion: Sauvignon Blanc.

🍝 Sunday, May 31 — Handmade Pasta & Gnocchi | Fresh pasta, carbonara, sweet potato gnocchi, and a warm rocket, bacon, and caramelized onion salad.

Starting in June, we're partnering with Monarca Hat Bar - Houston's custom hat bar known for designing high-end, one-of-a-kind hats right before your eyes.

Select classes will now include the opportunity to create your very own custom hat as part of the experience. Cook something delicious, then walk away wearing something unforgettable.

And if you're planning a private event with us, you can add the hat bar experience on for your guests too. Bold flavors and bolder style.
