Hey guys! Here is the details to the rope skills championships I'm at and the link to watch the competition LIVE! It starts tomorrow! Male team events and Co-ed team events will start at 1 pm. (1 pm in Sweden is 6 am in Texas). I compete on Friday in the Female Team events at 1 pm, and Saturday around 1 pm for my Individual Masters . But if you can, watch all three days and cheer on Team USA!

Sportway - World Rope Skipping Champinonships 2016 The event will take place at Baltiska hallen in Malmö and will be the largest rope skipping event in Europe. Skippers and guests will come from all over the world to take part in these spectacular championships.
