Winthrop Realty Group is proud to announce the purchase of the four-story, 85,977-square-foot office building at 12337 Jones Road near Cypress North Houston Road in northwest Houston. Andrew Armour and Michael Miori represented Winthrop. Built in 1981, the building has an on-site bank, conference room and 24/7 access. Winthrop will make updates to the lobby, common areas, and an outdoor eating area.
