Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Skills

Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Preferred Epicor experience

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

High School degree

We are looking for a reliable, self motivated event assistant for the greater Houston area to work on the weekends!

After training, you will be driving the company truck and pulling a 24 ft enclosed trailer to each event and assisting with the initial set up of the trailer and helping customers get started on how to use the systems.

Required:
• At least 2 years experience pulling trailers/towing
• Must be available to work both Saturday's and Sunday's

Pay: $15.00 per hour

We are looking for a Forklift Operator to participate in our clients warehouse operations located in Northwest Houston. This is a temporary position.

Job Requirements:

· Previous experience driving a forklift

· Must be able to drive a forklift and operate a crane

· Must be able to lift up to 40lbs., stand for long periods of time, and work in a non-temp controlled environment!

· Hours Mon-Fri 6-4:30pm Sat. 6-12 as needed:

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to assist in the shop for one our of clients located in Pasadena Texas, 77503! The job consists of applying a small volume of oil with a syringe to thousands of small components. The items will have to be unpacked, refurbished, and repacked.

Hourly Rate: $13.00

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30
