🌼 flowers during our walk today.

During my walk I practiced an exercise from Dr. Nicole LePera]:
1. For a min or 2, stop and say to yourself “I am fully present”.
2. Allow yourself to become fully aware of your surroundings. Observe. Don’t judge.
3. Acknowledge yourself for gifting yourself that experience.

Practice, practice, practice every day.

Durante la caminata de hoy, hice un ejercicio de Dr. Nicole LePera]:
1. Por uno o dos minutos di “estoy presente totalmente”.
2. Date permiso de estar consciente de todo lo que pasa a tu alrededor. Observa. Sin juzgar nada.
