SUBCONSIOUS MIND 🧠
Did you know that your subconscious mind is what causes you to second guess yourself?
What exactly am I referring to when I say "second guess yourself"? Now image that your biggest fear is getting up in front other individuals to speak or give a presentation.
The first thing you should be doing is telling yourself repeatedly is that YOU GOT THIS, but then all of sudden that voice in the back of your head (your subconaious mind) says NO YOU DON'T. ❌
*This is what I mean by second guessing yourself*
It is important to understand that if you can train yourself to be able to take control of your subconscious mind you will be able to accomplish anything in life. There are many different tricks and tips to train yourself how to do this. 🏋🏻
Let me be 💯 REAL for a second with you guys. For the longest time I struggled with this. I'm telling you I couldn't for the life of me figure out why I wasn’t accomplishing things that I did with 100 percent effort and a passive mindset. I started to look for answers and found one that I will share with you.
MEDITATION🧘🏻♂️!! The best time to meditate is first thing in the morning when you wake and right before bed because that’s when your subconscious mind is in its most active state. Visualize your day. Visualize your goals. This will help you manifest whoever/whatever it is that you are seeking in life. This is most helpful if you know PRECISELY what it is that you want.
For example, being rich, helping others, successful relations with others, etc. It can be anything as long as it is what YOU want. I think you get the point ASK YOURSELVES; what will you do with these accomplishments that help others benefit themselves and the people around them?

7 years ago I was around 150 lbs working crazy hours, eating meals when I could, and trying to make gym gains. It wasn't until I believed in myself and made a plan that things started to change. Fast-forward to today and I've gained 40+ lbs.
What motivates you or tips you use to always have and keep a positive mindset?
