BEST DRILL FOR TOP SPEED ⚡️

Wicket sprints, I have found, are the best drill for top end sprint mechanics, whether I’m working with youth athletes or high school athletes, I see great improvement when running athletes through the wickets.

You don’t need hurdles! Just get some cones and a tape measure and adjust the distance between the cones according to your speed and stride length.
