A little late, but I wanted to make sure I shared this minute meditation this week. Partly because several people have shared that they’ve missed the Monday Minute during my mental health sabbatical-of-sorts, and partly because it’s been heavy on my heart lately.
So often, we hold onto things — habits, practices, routines, jobs, foods, workouts, relationships — far past the point of them serving us. Letting go of something can be scary and sad and life-altering, but it can also be healing and beautiful and life-changing.
So, repeat after me: I let go of what no longer serves me 💖
