Looking for a detail-oriented and hard working lawn and contracting crew with a good reputation and at least three good references on their ability to work efficiently while maintaining a good attitude and reliability. Looking for 2 people male/female. Work history does not have to be the same, but must be willing to train and work fast and precisely. Work tasks will vary from day to day. From fence building to painting to landscaping and so on. Pay will be hunger based, so the more work accomplished in a day the more you will be able to take home! The pay will also be load based, so that it will be divided between each person bearing a load of responsibility. Only interested in long-term and career minded workers. No short-term work history applicants please. This business is growing and needs exactly what is listed in this post to succeed, no less!

Must be local to Kingwood/Humble. Hard working, able-bodied, be loyal to the company, no bad habits, no other competitive responsibilities conflicting with your work energy and schedule or job. Willing to learn on the job, adapt, work in extreme conditions, carry backpack blowers for extended periods of time. Must have a drivers license and own vehicle. Must be proactive and intuitive. Have applied knowledge of all instructions taught on the job. Job responsibilities: lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning, landscaping, gardening, bed cleaning, flower planting, bush hedging, fertilizing, yard treatments for disease, bugs. Must work efficiently within a certain time frame, and work consciously of time, others and their property. Must be positive, sociable and eager to make a great name for the Agency. Job benefits will increase with certification of modules and overall work performance OVER TIME! Great opportunity for management promotion and administrative experience. Must be punctual and alert, delicate but not timid, and non egotistical. Humility and submissivenes are key to great leadership! This means you must be willing to constructively take correction and instruction on the job and be able and competent enough to teach others the same. Other benefits will not be disclosed until hired and certified. Schedule will be regular but hours will fluctuate during the weekly schedule of Monday through Friday. Possibly Sundays.
