Navigating the Helping Others Smile Website on Computer and iPad This video shows how to navigate our website on both the iPad and computers.

Exciting news!

We have been working on a new and unique way for everyone to have on-demand access to help with their technology related queries. As you all know, we have many instructional videos and instructional manuals published on our website for assistance, but we have been developing a mobile application for immediate access to any help and questions. This application will be available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and the Google Play Store for Android. Not only will it have access to videos and manuals, but it will also feature an interactive chat with all others who use the app. This will allow you to quickly ask any questions and learn for all others around the world! We also have been able to integrate our Zoom link for class into the app to quickly and immediately join our weekly technology classes directly from your device! Additionally, there is a new tip of the day section which will allow everyone to receive daily notifications about how to do something new.

This state-of-the-art app has been submitted to Apple and Google for review, and we hope it will be available to the public soon!
