Mitzi will be providing leadership and direction for Mosaic Formation's expanding formation ministry. She has a heart for providing welcoming spaces that shepherd loving relationship with God and is already doing so in a variety of ministry contexts. Mitzi also works full-time as Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Care at Ecclesia Houston.

Izabela Cormier is an artist, performer, spiritual director, and founder of Porch Swing Soul Care. She is passionate about holistic, trauma-informed, culturally-competent soul care. The vision of her ministry is to provide soul care experiences and resources, especially to those who care for souls, by offering space to just "be" on a metaphorical porch swing.
