Meet your fitness goals at Fast Track
Join us at Fast Track Swimming for our new Water Fitness Classes! Held every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 and 10am, water fitness is a great way to stay fit and active! We offer two types of classes:
AquaFlow - a gentle, low-impact workout or AquaGoddess - a music-based, fast paced workout.

If classes aren't your thing, come rent a lane to walk or swim! We offer swim lane rentals to help you meet your fitness goals without the impact of running. Lane rentals are available for $10 per hour or $50 for an unlimited monthly pass. Freestyle, breast, butterfly, back, walking - whatever your stroke Fast Track is the place to be!
