Upcoming trips have likely been postponed, but who needs to travel when you have this oasis in the backyard, anyways?

Don't go chasing waterfalls... unless they're perfectly added on to your backyard pool!

As the US is grappling with COVID-19 and its implications, we hope you and your families are remaining healthy and safe. We are reaching out on behalf of the entire team to let you know that the safety and well-being of our employees and customers continues to be our top priority.

We are continuing to actively monitor COVID-19 and are taking all reasonable and precautionary measures. Currently, our position is to continue business as usual with the addition of the prudent steps as recommended by the CDC. Below are just some precautions we are taking:

Our office staff remains in-office to take any and all calls from our existing customers, potential customers, and our team of sub-contractors that we schedule construction tasks with daily.

Sales personnel will work remotely and will be conducting meetings via video, phone, and email conferencing until further notice. With today's advanced technologies, fortunately the sales and design process can easily be accomplished this way.

As a result of the virus, we are experiencing delays with two specific sales and construction processes needed to begin the construction of your project: approval from Electric Providers and City Permitting Departments, as they are both affected as well and are also experiencing delays.

In addition to those caused by current events, we are also experiencing normal seasonal delays due to heavy and frequent rainfall amounts. Our construction team will continue to work during this time, implementing construction tactics that will help us move forward and take every opportunity to complete the construction of your pool and outdoor living projects. With that being said, we do ask for your patience as we could experience greater than normal delays if the rainfall persists as it has in the last couple of weeks.

We want to thank you for your trust and understanding during this time, and we look forward to serving you this year and for many years to come.

Hot tubs are great for cooler weather, but when it starts to warm up, they tend to go unused. Having it built in allows the pool to look streamlined and still gives you the option of an extra place to sit.
