for a small privately owned restaurant. Both were very educational experiences. in Nutrition. Over the years, baking was always a passion of mine. I sold cakes on the side as I tried to raise my 3 children whom I love more than I thought I could ever love. My youngest son has Autism and I think about his future all the time. My passion to create in the kitchen has expanded to the desire to teach older individuals with special needs the art of cooking basics in hopes they can find a job working in a kitchen or be able to prepare food for themselves and be more independent. Rich Blessings Kitchen was born around 2017 when I found myself single again with 3 wonderful children. The concept came to me while reading my devotional. My children are rich blessings to me and the desserts I create are usually fairly rich because I use the finest ingredients in my products. My dream is to turn my passion into my final career and bring a little sweetness to many.
