My friends and I, had the amazing opportunity to dive into Oaxaca City, exploring their gastronomy, the artisanal craft, and the deep history of Zapotec culture and its peoples.

Nice lil update…I made the decision to purchase a commercial roaster. After almost two years roasting over 1000lbs (Not even joking) on sample roasters.. here we finally are.

For a long time all I wanted to do in coffee was roast and now I’ve made it happen.

It’s been a long time coming but this is only the beginning. Thank you friends, for your endless support.

✨ XOCO ✨ means little sister in Nahuatl. And me being the youngest, it felt fitting to name it XOCO MOCHA.

A deep cacao base balanced with sweet velvety cajeta (sourced from Peru) then Complimented with a 48hr cold-brew, creamy oat milk and Hoja Santa.

A sweetness that isn’t overwhelming.

The cacao notes give it a robust flavor. It’s easily become a favorite of mine.

Available this Saturday starting 8am at Urban Harvest Farmers Market with Papalo goods and Tlahuac panecitos. Provecho.
