When installing systems into confined spaces, poorly modifying structural components is not the answer. The rafter in this picture was cut into (with no additional bracing) to squeeze the water heater inside. 👎

Veneer cracks are common especially in older homes but we can fit pencils inside along with coinciding cracks indoors, there may be a cause for concern. In addition, this home had out of tolerance elevation drops in the specific area.

Pools are great but one must ensure it is in acceptable condition. This liner had a crack which was caused the water levels to drop because of a leak. This definitely was brought to the negotiation table for review.
