💕We breathed, we moved, we meditated, we drummed .

💕The drum was a new experience for many of us. Drumming can improve focus; it can help lower blood pressure and anxiety.

💕We used the energy of the moon to manifest clear intentions while we released negativity and stuck energy.

This was my first class since Hurricane Beryl. Yogis were happy to connect and hold space for each other. Lots of sharing, love and friendship.
