How to detox on the road:
Today I had to leave out of town so I put my powder in a plastic bag, took out the rest of my supplements I would need and stuffed them all in my purse. (TSA didn't say anything about that-Whew). So I am ready with that. Before I got onto this 5 hour flight where the only food in sight are pretzel's, I downed almost an entire container of blueberries and drank some almond milk (non sweetened). But now I am hungry. I just asked the flight attendant for a bottle water. Going to mix a scoop of powder with the water and drink it fast. The powder will keep you full. See this is do-a-ble!!
