5 métodos/apps que recomiendo para mejorar tu efectividad al estudiar: Flora, Forest: son apps en las que “plantas arboles” de acuerdo al tiempo que pasas sin usar el tlf. Flipd: puedes controlar el uso de tu tlf colocando un tiempo límite, si te sales de la app y aún no se ha acabado el tiempo el te recordará que aún te falta! Be Focused, Focus Keeper: son apps excelentes para usar el método pomodoro, 50 mins enfocado 10 mins descanso! Calm: me encanta para meditación a media tarde, ayuda a relajarte y retomar el foco cuando se pierde. Spotify: es la que más uso, coloco sonidos de fondo como lluvia o sonidos de ciudad para no escuchar lo que pasa a mi alrededor y mantener mi foco. ...... 5 methods / apps that I recommend to improve your effectiveness when studying: Flora, Forest: these are apps in which you "plant trees" according to the time you spend without using the phone. Mis 3 indispensables a la hora de estudiar: 1. Audífonos que bloqueen sonidos externos, lamentablemente no siempre tenemos un lugar completamente silencioso para estudiar, estos audífonos son mágicos para hacerte sentir que estas solo y en completo silencio! Si el silencio es muy abrumador te recomiendo poner sonidos de lluvia de fondo que te ayuden con la concentración, a mi me funciona!!! 2. Lentes que bloquean luz azul del monitor, no solamente es mala esta luz para tus ojos sino que causa jaqueca y fatiga, solía tener muchos dolores de cabeza al pasar tantas horas frente al monitor y ahora usando estos lentes no me pasa casi. 3. Stand para laptop que ayuda a mejorar mi postura, nunca he tenido buena postura y estando todo el día frente al monitor tampoco me ayudaba! Con este stand la pantalla queda un poco más al nivel de los ojos y no tengo que encorvarme para ver bien!
