We dont do anything wrong or violate "metas" terms and our gets banned and now we cant advertise on and they won't even tell us why. We have appealed for instagram to reverse but its like talking to a brick wall. Not so much as even a . We were restricted from advertising on facebook yesterday and when we checked why, there were no restrictions anymore but we got a new notification 7 hours ago saying we are restricted again. Not able to access a desktop right now but will look into it later. This is so .
It must also be noted that we made an instagram using our address and linked it to this page. It was banned before posting anything and we had not yet committed to using the app so we had no idea it was banned. No emails or warnings, no reason, we hadn't done anything but log in. So because we didn't appeal it in time, we were unable yo use our domains emil for registration so we used our account which is what we used for . We have done domain with Facebook and we used to connect our store. We literally just post video games on instagram but in a more personalized way to better connect with our target audience.
