I did it!!!! A1C is back to normal!!! Took a lot of diet changes and research and learning. But i did it! No more insulin!! Just gotta keep doing what I’m doing and I won’t ever have to take it again.

I got a gift from my youngest yesterday. He is so precious. 3-4 yrs old and is so cuddly. To top it off he understands Spanish more than English. 🤭 my companion from here on out. He loves to play and cuddle. 🥰
