My passion has always been helping others who have such interesting ‘stories’ to tell about their experiences and challenges living life, as we all do. What drives me is connecting with people who encounter struggles in their day-to-day lives, providing a confidential and safe space, to walk with clients on their journey to explore any unease they have been wrestling with and just want to feel better. With our climate of technology, social media, and texting, I believe we all lack, in some aspects, a connection to others. My approach to helping you is by actively listening in a non-judgmental manner, and supporting you while we identify areas of focus. I combine many therapeutic modalities to develop a plan tailored to you and your needs from a Strength‘s Building perspective. We will get to the cause of your unease by understanding how you relate to yourself and others using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our thoughts have a direct influence on how we feel, act and affect our behavior. If you find yourself struggling, it may be from having negative thoughts that you are not even aware of most of the time. Your story matters. You matter.
