As we gather around with our friends and family for Thanksgiving, we want you to know that Leeward House Retreats would not be possible without your continued support. I won a prize at CAFO! I want to say a great big thank you to Finally Home for this amazing emotions toolkit. I enjoyed meeting everyone at their booth and look forward to talking more about how we can utilize their materials and educational programs for our family camps. I also want to thank them for generously providing us with devotional books to give to our families. God is so good!
CAFO days 2 & 3 were packed full with great speakers and workshops where I learned so much to help Leeward House. While budgets and fundraising are important to our ministry, following the Lord in all we do is most important. I heard stories of His provision over and over. Brothers and sisters prayed for each other in their native languages, and we all worshiped together with beautiful songs. As I head back to Houston this evening, I am filled with encouragement and excited to process all I have learned.
