Not a great picture as I am pooped after a long day at work. But here is a cake I made real quick tonight for a special someone's bday tomorrow. Vanilla confetti sour cream cake with buttercream. I am soooo out of practice! I haven't made a cake in a very long time. But as I sat there and iced and decorated it, I remembered how much I love caking.
