He’s been my Father for the last 24.99 years and I’m blessed and grateful to still be able to spend time with this one. to my Dad and to all your fathers and father figures. My purpose is easily found every time I work with Chef Shade ( ). She’s a bright light in a dark room and is easily one of the most creative, resourceful, and talented Chefs I know personally.

Last weekend we completed a Small family Gathering Dinner and Sunday Brunch, a group of young women enjoying their own company and bringing back clean plates. I’ll post some of the inspirational dishes later.

I’m looking forward to hosting these same type of events, the Cheff Truffle way… themed Menu focused Dinners though, I’ve been highly inspired lately..
