We hadn’t either but after stumbling across what appeared to be a fiasco and a quick internet search, we knew a test run of this recipe had to happen. We were NOT disappointed!

This unique crustless dessert was developed by Santiago Rivera (chef and owner of La Viña in San Sebastian, Spain.) It features a sinfully silky smooth interior and blistered top. Many compare the flavor to crème brûlée and we agree! 🤤
