I feel communication is the key to success. I pride myself in still communicating over the phone through conversation. A lot of my clients seek that personal communication that you just do not get today. Believe it or not some people still like to talk on the phone and I am one of them. Many people communicate better verbally, and it is important that they understand the process clearly. It is equally important that I fully understand what they are wanting so I can represent and protect the interest of my clients and negotiate effectively.
