The scale. The speed. The purpose.

Touring with Patrick M Casey, RA, MBA, ACHE, Soudabeh Eskandari , M.Arch. EMBA. LEED AP, Adam Sangl, Alexander Simpson—and hearing that Adam Hernandez of McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. grew up near this very hospital…

Now he’s helping build it.

That’s legacy. That’s full circle. That’s personal.

And what I’m most proud of…

I help build the team behind the build—through emotional intelligence, alignment, and REBIRTH™.

Because when people are aligned, trust is strong, and purpose is clear—projects like this don’t just get done…

They transform communities.

And apparently… they inspire color coordination too 😄
(I promise I didn’t plan to match the purple drywall.)

Honored to be part of it.

As the Designer and Facilitator of this quarterly team building training program through Brand Rebirth, I am humbled to train (and group coach) more than 70 leaders from 25+ partner companies as we climb higher on the EQ Mountain—building , , and stronger .

The Harris Health LBJ Transformation Project is one of the most significant initiatives in Harris County history: a $2Bil expansion to create a Level 1-capable trauma center that will serve our community’s most vulnerable.

For me, this project is also deeply personal. 💙 My late father, Willard John Vital, devoted his career as an LMSW to serving the 5th Ward Community. His legacy of service to those most in need is one I carry with me in this work, and it is an honor to contribute to a project that will transform healthcare for future generations.
