What does REST mean to you?
I thought rest was for lazy people.. who had time to nap š“ in their day! That felt like a luxury that I didnāt have.
But I had time to go out and drink, shop for things I didnāt need, and waste time on my phone until the wee hours in the morning š So clearly I wasnāt prioritizing what my body was truly needing to help regulate my nervous system and restore my body and heal.
Hence why I was burning out haha š Now I see it.

New year, same mindset (time for you)
Just because the page has turned and we enter into a New Year doesnāt mean you need to rush into that new ādietā plan, new āmeditationā plan, or new anything really.
Thereās so much emphasis on, Iāll get it right next year. Well thereās always next year.
Nope, thereās always the present moment and you meet yourself where you are at. You donāt need that added stress because itās trendy or social media tells you. Throw that out the window and start where you want to start.
Iām doing more me this year and what feels good for me and what I want to bring into this world. And thatās a lot of
Community
Love
Family time
Lots and lots of laughs
Helping others realize they arenāt alone
Somatic dancing
Retreats
And so much more!!
Starting January off with some quick trips to Denver and San Diego to play and have fun. Then 2 offerings in sound bath and movement.
