Hip hip hooray for closing day!! Made it to the finish line today with my sellers and a huge thank you to Melanie Shea Roberts for stepping in for me at the closing table! This precious family came to me through the referral of previous clients and when I met them, I knew we’d be friends! They wanted a slightly larger home with two bedrooms down, and a pool (because hello Houston heat 🥵🔥). Specific schools in were a preference for them and we made that happen too!
