As we kick off our Teacher Tuesday series for 2026, Partnerschools is proud to spotlight the incredible educators who bring the arts to life in our classrooms and show students what’s possible through creativity, dedication, and heart.

From leading choirs to touring the world, Laura brings a lifetime of leadership, artistry, and care into her choir room at Pearland Junior High East. Her journey—from serving as a U.S. Air Force officer and performing across the globe, to practicing law and returning to her first love, music education—is anything but ordinary.
