I’ve been quiet on this platform for awhile, what with life on ultra spin speed. This summer, I made the commitment to teach 2 classes/month. I’m so grateful I did, and it’s not even officially summer yet!
Three gifts hooping gives me:
#1 low-impact cardio and mobility training exercise! Choose how you groove as you learn on different size hoops. Each size offers new skills you can combine to create a dance all your own!
#2 orientation in space, transcending time! Hooping bridges mind/body connection as you learn to move with your hoop instead of control it. As you level up your skills, you may enter a state of flow and lose all sense of time passing.
#3 Grow love for your bucket, besties, and beyond! We receive so many messages about how to feel about our bodies (bucket), but hooping offers new ways to learn and love the bodies we have instead of trying to reshape them. Hooping also fosters connections with new friends and helps us become better friends with our own spirit.
