Mockingbird Quilts

This Woodland Wildflower Quilt is a great quick project. The pattern by Lavender and Lime has great instructions and the pieces are big so it goes together quick. It calls for a Layer cake and background fabrics and a Panel. I substituted one fabric in Lake Blue around the first white border and love how it came out. (The original is in black).

I love blue and white together. I always have and always will. I have visualized Water by Ruby Star Society in this Double Irish Chain pattern since I first saw the fabric. It looks so good!!! This is not my work, but my wonderful mother in law made it. Thank you Diane!
