When you stand by and watch a friend behave badly towards other women, I can assure you that sooner or later they will play in your face, too! Women who gaslight, abuse and have narcissistic behaviors need to be lovingly dealt with even if that means protecting yourself and walking away. I personally have had to do this several times, unfortunately.

I mean this in the best way possible. Manage yourself, friend. Manage your reactions, manage your emotions, figure out why you are doing what you do to make that person respond the way they did. And, stop expecting people to come to your emotional rescue. Your thoughts and actions put you there, so use those same thoughts and actions to get you out of there. Respectfully.
