April wasn’t easy for us… it came with challenges, delays, and moments that tested our patience. But we pushed through, learned, and came back stronger.

We know your furry babies missed us (and honestly, we missed them even more 🐾). Thank you for your patience, your support, and for trusting us through it all.

Hi everyone,

We want to be transparent with you all — our van is currently not operating at 100% capacity. Unfortunately, our generator has not been repaired yet, and we are actively working on getting it fixed as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we kindly ask for your support. If possible, we would greatly appreciate being able to connect our van to an electrical outlet at your property so we can continue providing our services without interruption.

We completely understand that this may not be possible for everyone. In those cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please know that we are doing everything we can to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support — it truly means a lot to us.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a mechanical issue with our van’s generator, and it has affected some of our scheduled appointments. We know how important your time is, and we understand that last-minute cancellations or rescheduling can be frustrating and inconvenient.

We are working as fast as possible to fix the issue and get back to normal, so we can continue serving you the way you deserve.
