These Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Stacks Are Better Than French Fries!

Ingredients

* 4 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced
* 3 tbsp melted butter
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Grease a muffin tin.
3. Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. Toss potato slices with the mixture.
5. Stack potato slices into muffin cups.
6. Sprinkle Parmesan between layers and on top.
7. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
8. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove and garnish with parsley.

🔥 Meatball Mashed Potato Bake

🥔 Ingredients

For the Meatballs

* 1 lb (450g) ground beef
* 1 egg
* ½ cup breadcrumbs
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* ½ tsp salt
* ¼ tsp black pepper

For the Sauce

* 2 cups marinara sauce
* 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Potato Layer

* 4 cups mashed potatoes
* 2 tbsp butter
* ¼ cup milk
* Salt and pepper to taste

For Topping

* 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
3. Roll into small meatballs (about 1 inch each).
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides for 6–8 minutes.
5. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes by mixing potatoes with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until creamy.
7. Spread mashed potatoes evenly into a baking dish.
8. Spoon meatballs and sauce over the potatoes.
9. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
10. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
