We are pleased to announce that Dr. Abdeldjelil Belarbi from the University of Houston, USA, will give a plenary speech at BEI-2026, July 20-23, 2026. Dr. Belarbi is the Hugh Roy and Lillie Cranz Cullen Distinguished Professor and has published over 260 technical papers and reports. Dr. Belarbi is a Fellow of ASCE, ACI, SEI, and IIFC.
