Our kidlets do well with reading English and Japanese so I figure I need to help them with their number sense.

Here’s a quick moment of them doing basic addition.

I only upload videos of them learning, but literally this was like a 5 minute learning session right before bed.

I’ve noticed that what works best is consistency.

5 minutes every day adds up.

This is your reminder that daily micro learning does go a long way.

✨ First stickers!!! ✨

Today we tried our ABC Writing Tracker for the first time.

Our girl wrote an “O”
Our boy wrote a “T”

So, they each earned their very first sticker 🎉

The pride on their faces 🥹

That’s exactly why I made this.

Not to push writing… but to make it feel exciting, doable, and worth celebrating.

Tiny wins → confidence → motivation to keep going.

Hoping this becomes something they want to come back ✍️

If you’re working on letters at home, this has been such a simple way to keep it fun and visual.

Non-musical mom trying to keep up with a cello-obsessed toddler 😅

My son is currently OBSESSED with “Pompeii” so instead of just listening… I went down the rabbit hole.

I found beginner cello notesand started teaching myself first so I can help him.
I didn’t grow up musical, so I’m figuring this out as I go.

Right now I’m stuck on this part:
👉 Going from A string (1st finger)to G # on the D string

That stretch feels… far.Like not just a normal 4th finger reach far.

So now I’m here like how do I teach this?

If you play cello (or teach it), I’d LOVE your help:
✨ Do I shift?✨ Do I simplify it?✨ Is there a better beginner-friendly way to play this?

Trying to support his interest without making it frustrating 🥹

Because the moment he played Twinkle all the way through and said“I did it!”… I knew we’re in this for real now.

Help a non-musical mom out 🙏

9 cello lessons in… and this happened.

Today I told our toddler he needed to play Twinkle Twinkle all the way through without stopping.

And he did it.

Were there mistakes?Of course.

Does his finger placement still need work?Definitely.

But today he did something new.

He played the whole song and was able to put all four fingers down at once.

For tiny hands, that’s actually huge.

When he finished, he yelled:
“I DID IT!”

Biggest smile. Pure pride. 🥹

No idea how long this cello phase will last…
…but moments like this make every practice worth it.
