1 year of building the dream together. ♾️
Dream life.
Dream business.
Dream partnership.
Little throwback to 36 hours in Waikiki last week because these moments deserve a permanent spot on the grid.
To be honest, we don’t slow down often. 😅
We love what we do, and we’re deeply committed to creating more — for ourselves and for the people we get to work with.
And that’s exactly why moments like this get to exist in the first place.
Six years ago, I couldn’t have imagined booking an oceanfront room, making a reservation at one of the most upscale restaurants on the island, or having the time freedom to actually take it all in.
Not because I didn’t want it —
but because I hadn’t yet become the person who could create it.
That’s the part people miss.
Dream lives, businesses, relationships, bodies — anything worth dreaming about — don’t come from wishing.
They come from intention, discipline, commitment, and choosing to do the work when it would be easier not to.
And who you do that work with matters more than almost anything else.
Having a partner who shares your vision, values, standards, and willingness to grow changes everything.
Holding each other to our highest potential and building together is one of the greatest life hacks of all time.
Beyond grateful for the woman I get to do this life with and for the effort and intention we’ve both put in to get here.
Here’s to another year of changing lives and watching the vision continue to unfold. 💫

Somewhere along the way, I overcomplicated this whole social media thing.
For the first few years of my business, I was really good at blocking out the noise.
I just… showed up. I shared what mattered to me and what I genuinely thought could help people. I brought everyone along while I was building something that actually meant something to me.
It wasn’t glamorous.
It wasn’t aesthetic.
It wasn’t trendy or strategic.
It was just me.
And honestly, that’s how I built everything I have.
Then I created the life I set out to create and somehow sharing started to feel harder.
I tried to make it too strategic.
I started comparing.
I plugged everything into ChatGPT and followed blindly instead of trusting myself.
I don’t know about you, but in a world that feels so loud and overproduced, I’m craving the basics again.
Authenticity.
Fun.
Realness.
So I’m rolling it back and letting myself have fun here again.

I’m excited to share more of my life and how I built it — living in Hawaii, running a 7-figure business, leading a team in 10 countries, prioritizing my health, getting stronger, and enjoying it all along the way.
