We Do Recover

2 years. ✌️

What started as putting the bottle down turned into picking my life back up piece by piece, day by day.

Today I stand here with two fingers up, not just counting time but honoring every hard choice, every early morning, every quiet win no one saw.

I’m more present. More grounded. More me.

If you’re in the fight too… keep going. One day at a time turns into something wonderful.

I can’t cry about having a lot on my plate when my goal was to eat 🍽️🍽️

Today is my 1 year sober date 🌻🌻
Let this be your sign that we can pick ourselves up when we feel we’ve lost it all.
Thank you to all my friends and followers for helping me everyday to see the beauty in life and who showed me that recovery is possible if you want it bad enough.
