We are looking for a skilled individual who can work as a virtual assistant for a Food Delivery Service based in Texas, USA
......Responsibilities:
-VA will be on Google Meet with Clients during Driver Onboarding and Operation.
-Proper disposition, note, follow-up, and reporting at the end of the day of work.
-Attending some calls for new client acquisition.
-Attending training and skill development sessions for business development
-Need to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of business and client personal data.
....Qualifications and Requirements
Only English Medium Background Applicants will be screened.
NSU, Brac, AIUB, IUB, and UIU students will be considered if they have fluent English speaking and listening skills.
IELTS score of 7 in Listening and Speaking will be considered from any Background.
Work hours are between 9 pm to 2 am, Monday to Saturday. Need to be available within this time frame
Quiet place, Laptop or Desktop, headphones with Noice canceling mic.
Ready to work on Bangladesh holidays and extended hours.
....Payments
Hourly Rate payment plan.
-100 Taka per hour for 12 Weeks. Review after 12 weeks
-1 Week (6 Days) Training, learning, Practecing (No payment)
-Overtime Allowed and Weekend Payment
.....Special Instruction
-Only 1 No show is allowed per month. After 1 No show, the Next day's work hourly deducted 80%. (Only for that day)
-2 No show without any emergency, Automatic termination without notice and payment.
-Misuse of the marketplace and any loss of a private client or bad work reputation will cause direct termination without payment.
-Only selected employees will be awarded yearly contracts. Rest need to gain the skills to reach the Top rate.
