Portrait Playground

The traditional grandkids photo has been happening for 20ish years. We’ve chased crying toddlers, had frustrated moms and photographer (it’s me. I’m both), battled below freezing temperatures in short sleeves, wiped sweat in the sweltering heat, hiked to find the perfect spot with tired kiddos, yet somehow we always make it happen. The best part is Grandma & Grandpa looking for the photo under the tree every year. It’s all worth it!

We hiked, climbed, skipped rocks and readjusted for the autumn 🍂 sun ☀️ too many times to count yesterday. Sometimes you just have to go with it. 📸☀️
