What makes Manchego special?
🐑 Made ONLY from Manchega sheep milk

🧈 Flavor goes from buttery → caramel as it ages

The aging journey:
• Fresco (2-3 months): Creamy & mild
• Curado (3-6 months): Nutty & balanced ✨
• Viejo (1-2 years): Bold, crumbly, crystalline!
My favorite pairing?
Manchego + Membrillo (quince paste) + Marcona almonds = CLASSIC Spanish perfection 🤌
