Are you a Mountain Lion parent interested in being involved in a small dose??

Were you a Mountain Lion before high school? We’d love to have you come back and help us prepare the next generation of high school football players!

We’re looking for a few volunteers to help with player evaluations on May 30th. We need help running stations, checking players in, and entering results.

No experience? No problem! Evaluations are easy to help with, and we’ll show you everything you need to know. Any help is greatly appreciated and helps make the day run smoothly for all of our athletes.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!! We’re doing the MURPH on Memorial Day morning, 0800 start time!! 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1-mile run to finish…for time, 20lb vest is optional… and modifications available!!! This will be scaled for all levels.

FREE and open to the community!! So bring your family, bring a friend, bring everything you’ve got. Let’s honor those who never came home!

There will be a QR code in various places at the event to donate to…we will give a portion to a locally-owned Veterans organization.
