1. Making your plan to complex with tons of different meals, ingredients, and work.
✨️Keep it SIMPLE....
•Week by week meal plans

2. Your not eating enough.
✨️Increase your protien
• Protiens will help you stay full longer, and keep you from Snacking.

3. You have the "F**k it all" mentality.
✨️I ate a cookie might as well eat like s**t and start over Monday ( & it's only wednesday)
• just because you eat one cookie does not mean it's going to make you gain 10lbs.

REMEMBER: You are learning, be kind to yourself and the progress will come with the process.
