GOODBYE DOUBT, HELLO INTUITION
Just 3 months ago, I recorded my FIRST guest podcast episode 🙌 It was a TON of FUN and I felt super confident about how well it went…

All until it actually went live this month.

That’s right, you guessed it!

I was afraid I had sounded nervous, like a babbling idiot, or just plain silly. So I just kept putting off listening to it.

Of course I shared and promoted it, but my heart wasn’t in it b/c I was living in fear and avoidance.

I finally womaned up and listened to it… All to find that I had CRUSHED IT!

My initial review (mental playback) was 100% right and I had let self doubt stop me from even listening to the damn thing for 2 whole weeks!

Not only did I love the ladies I interviewed with, but the topic is one near and dear to my heart - getting out of your head and into your biz - and oh the irony is not lost on me there! LOL

Have you ever let those little gremlins of fear, nerves, and doubt stop you from rocking out your business to the fullest?

I am so proud of this episode with Lindsey and Jenny! It was totally worth stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something new AND finding the reward 3 months later!

The thing I learned, and I think it’s one we all know by now, is to listen to your gut, b/c that chick knows what’s up! Stop second guessing yourself, your work, and just put it out there, share it, promote it, and sell the damn thing!

DON'T BE LIKE STARBUCKS!
I went to a coffee shop the other day, it was so cute and eclectic and fun!

There were vintage albums all over the walls, funko pop dolls everywhere, a coffee periodic table surrounded by comics and disney posters.

I could immediately think of a handful of people that would LOVE this place, and another set of peeps that would feel icky just being inside.

Every coffee shop has its own vibe and calls to it’s tribe of people. Your business is the exact same!

You literally can’t attract anyone and everyone. Sure, you could get them to pop in and buy from you, but you won’t be able to create a loyal fan from every single person who visit your page or website.

It is however your job to be original, authentic and 100% you.

If you try to copy starbucks, your competing with their on every corner clientelel, if you try to mimic the urban chic shoppe up the road, you aren’t going to stand out as anything other than just another cafe.

But if you display your style, your favorite cup o’ tea as it were, then your dream clients will find you, and keep coming back for more!

Isn’t time you shined your own light, sung your own song, and stood out as an expert in your field?

You are your brand, let is show in your content, in your posts, photos, and trainings.
