Can’t say I never take pics of you guys anymore. I even made it a post for proof. It’s good to be back on the mats! There’s things focusing on as a team and as coaches to move forward. We’re looking forward to gaining a lot nite experience this summer. 💪🏽

The effort to stop the momentum takes too much time and energy. Try a slight redirect to keep them close enough to counter. Oweeee
Week 3 of 4 of high rep, high volume training. Wednesdays are for upper body focused work, with a small introduction of new patterns. New stimulus, different adaptations. 🤓
A common thing that’s sometimes over looked during padwork is distance and approach. There’s a bunch of different ways to structure your rounds. Could be building strength through focused techniques, could be generating power, chaining strikes together, footwork, etc. But remember, you’ll always fall back to your training habits when you’re tired or not focused. Make sure they’re good habits. 💡
