Tonight on Liberty Without Compromise, Dan and Dawna Wilson examine a growing question facing Idaho citizens: Who is really in control of government, and whose interests are being served?
The show begins with an in-depth interview with Tyler Cain of DeFlock Idaho, a grassroots organization challenging the expansion of automated license plate reader (ALPR) systems across Idaho. Cain discusses recent tort claims filed against Idaho cities over concerns that Flock Safety cameras are collecting and sharing vehicle data in ways that may conflict with Idaho law. The conversation explores the broader implications of surveillance technology, artificial intelligence, privacy rights, and what happens when government and private corporations gain the ability to track citizens' movements on a massive scale.
From there, Dan and Dawna connect the issue directly to Kootenai County, where Sheriff Bob Norris and county officials quietly pursued implementation of similar surveillance technology with little public awareness or debate. While recent public records requests indicate that automated license plate reader technology is not currently being utilized by the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office and the previous Motorola contract was not renewed, the hosts discuss whether that outcome was driven by public pressure generated after Dan Wilson exposed the program and brought it to the attention of local citizens. The conversation explores what happens when elected officials advance surveillance systems with minimal public discussion and why accountability remains essential even after a program has been paused or discontinued. When public trust in leadership has been damaged, citizens are left asking whether these efforts have truly ended—or whether they may simply return under a different name, contract, or administration in the future.
The second half of the program turns to Idaho State Representative Jordan Redman, his extensive political influence, business interests, and the role of money in shaping local elections. The hosts examine Redman's use of political action committees, his significant spending to support preferred candidates, and the growing concern that a small group of political insiders increasingly determines who rises to positions of power within Idaho politics. They also discuss the contradiction many voters see between claims of limited government principles and the use of substantial financial resources to influence the political landscape while simultaneously benefiting from government COVID-era PPP programs.
Finally, the show addresses what many see as a larger problem within the Idaho Republican establishment: a continued focus on political battles of the past while emerging threats to privacy, surveillance technology, artificial intelligence, and government overreach receive little attention. As technology rapidly changes the relationship between citizens and government, Dan and Dawna ask whether Idaho's political leadership is preparing for the future—or leaving citizens to fight these battles on their own.
As surveillance systems expand, political influence becomes increasingly concentrated, and technological change accelerates, the hosts examine whether Idaho's elected officials are truly representing the people who put them in office—or whether citizens are being forced to become their own watchdogs in defense of liberty.

We'll review the newly released 911 audio from the Red Tundra incident and discuss what it reveals about the events surrounding the crash.
Then we'll examine the surprising news that Coeur d'Alene Police investigated a local journalist after the journalist interviewed and published statements from the individual claiming to have witnessed the Red Tundra accident. What happened, and what are the implications for local media and free speech?
We'll also take a look at other self-described conservatives who accepted PPP money during the COVID era. Some of the names may surprise you.
Special guest BZ Berzerk joins us to discuss the massive new data center planned for Spokane and what it could mean for the region, energy consumption, infrastructure, growth, and local communities.
