I’ve added a new way to offer some of the food items you’ve been asking for without having to keep everything stocked at the trailer.

Starting today, you’ll occasionally see special Hotplate drops featuring limited menu items available by preorder. This helps me manage space, prep time, and food waste while still bringing you some fun new options.

I currently have two drops live to kick things off!

These items won’t be regular menu offerings at the trailer, so if you see something you want, be sure to reserve it before the drop closes.
