If you want to improve your life, you must either modify your dreams or magnify your skills.

Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job. If you work hard on your job you can make a living, but if you work hard on yourself you’ll make fortune.

If you deliberately plan to be less than you’re capable of being, then I warn you that you’ll be deeply unhappy for the rest of your life. You’ll be evading your own capacities and your own possibilities.
